Neighbourhood talks about the layout of Belaveld
This question was the focus of 2 meetings last month. 1 meeting specifically focused on the redevelopment of the Belaveld for neighbourhood youth, and 1 broader information meeting on Ypelaerpark and Belaveld for local residents.
The Belaveld in Tilburg North will be redeveloped. The old gym will be demolished to make way for a building containing two spaces for sports, games and self-development: a movement box for the school and a studio from which Corpo Máquina will work.
The outdoor area will have a new layout with plenty of space for sports, games, discovery and meeting.
During the meetings, information was given about the plans and ideas were shared with residents from the neighbourhood. They know better than anyone else what is needed to make the Belaveld a nice place! The municipality organised the meetings together with ACT!, WBB, ContourdeTwern, R-Newt, Corpo Maquina Society.
