The 5th edition of the milma project is ongoing
After the Mayor said in June in the closure event, that because of the good result of labour insertion the MILMA project will continue to be financed by the local City Hall. Two weeks ago, the new training started.

In October we started the whole process for the hospital orderly’s training. During the two weeks in which the application form was opened, we received more than 400 applications. After that and with more than a week of the interview process completed. Finally, on the 15th of November, the training started. The project maintains the agreement with the local hospital where people will do the non-labour practices.

We are so proud because the training is being done in the new classrooms of the CIFE headquarters and people are so glad to be the firsts in using the space. We have a fantastic group of 15 people, which are formed by 7 men and 8 women. With 5 different nationalities and an average age of 36.

They will be going to the training until February, then they will take part in the non-labour practices in the hospital for one month more.
