CORE Centre: New space for integration projects

During the last months, refugees have not only been involved in developing CORE’s graphic design but also in adapting and equipping the CORE Centre. The first event at the centre took place at the end of August, when City Councillors Sandra Frauenberger and Jürgen Czernohorszky officially visited the location to kick-off the activities there. Both were impressed by the strong participation of refugees.

Campus Johanneberg at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg is becoming a test arena for the local energy supply of the future. A cloud-based trading venue will control the production and use of electricity, heat and cooling in the buildings around the clock. The conclusions will be utilized by cities in the EU that want to develop into fossil-free communities.
