Wider stakeholder engagement is at the heart of TMaaS
The approach adopted by the Partnership entails reaching out to different stakeholder groups in multiple moments throughout the project.
The first TMaaS zoom-in focuses on the user research conducted to better design the two key outputs of the project: the mobility management dashboard for traffic managers, city decision makers and local authorities overall to visualise and better manage transport infrastructure and mobility solutions available in their cities, and the citizen dashboard that aims at providing information to the population and notify users of disruptions and accidents.
