USE-IT! gets national attention!

Matching medical skills with NHS demand
The USE-IT! project was the focus of an article in The Guardian last week. Read in the article how SWBH NHS Trust is now running its own programme through The Black Country Transformation Partnership, rolling out HOP (Health Overseas Professionals) in Dudley and Wolverhampton too.

Our innovative skills matching programme, which taps into a wealth of expertise in the local refugee community, offers tailored training and support to medical practitioners from overseas, allowing them to return to their careers and fill NHS vacancies. The successful programme has now been adopted by the NHS in other parts of the West Midlands.
