Good results of the third edition of BC Labs, despite COVID-19
The third edition of BC LABS has been the strangest due to COVID-19, which was planned to start in March 2020, but due to the health situation, some LABS started online in April and others could not start until September. More than a year after starting the first training, we have all the results of the monitoring calls three months after the end of the training; despite the situation, the results are good.
In this edition 126 people have participated, 105 of them have finished the training and 41 are working or have worked after finishing the training. 20 of these people consider the training or the non-labour practices in which they have been training have helped them to find this job.
The sectors with more labour insertion are:
- web programming and design (10 people)
- Logistics and Storage Technician (9 people)
- Gardening assistant (8 people)
- Light Flooring Installation (5 people)
Furthermore, 25 people have been starting other training after ending the BC LABS.
With all these data, more than ¾ parts of the participants of this edition are working or training in something new. For us, it is a good notice.
