Four BC labs have started on site in CIFE and in Los Arcos facilities
The remaining labs from the third edition Logistics and Storage Technician, Hospital orderly, Kitchen Assistant and Light Flooring Installation will take place on site during the following months. After all, there was not a possibility of execute these labs in an online way, so it was necessary to make further efforts to organize the remaining labs in accordance with security and sanitary measures. In this sense, two groups of nine people each one have been conformed instead one of twenty, guaranteeing social distance at any time.
Other measures taken for the implementation of the labs is providing surgical masks to all participants every day as well as taking temperature with a thermometer at the entrance of the facilities. Furthermore, all the spaces have been equipped with hand sanitizer for the use of the participants.
Some of the improvements made related to the organization of the labs were taken thanks to the previous online experience, which allows the project to know new online tools that are helpful also in on site labs. Thus, in ETEIs participants are going to work with Google Classroom in order to get motivated in digital skills.
If there is not any major sanitary problem, everything suggests that by the end of the year, the third edition will have been completed and by March of 2021, we will have known some data related to labor insertions.
