In a city as, Cluj-Napoca, which had the highest economic growth rate in Romania in the last decade, the alliance between public authorities, private sector, academia and civil society to test innovative actions and methods is particularly important to be analysed, with the aim to understand how the work can contribute to the vitality of the city in the next twenty years and deliver possible solutions involving different categories of residents.
