BRICK-BEACH journal - facing Covid 19 and other challenges
In this fourth Journal of BRICK-BEACH project, UIA Expert Miguel Lucena reports on the advancement of the project till March 2020. With the project at its critical turning points, the COVID19 pandemic resulted to be an additional barrier undermining the capacity of the partnership to ensure a timely implementation. The Journal reflects on possible alternative solutions to be put in place, so to overcome this as well as other " more traditional" operational challenges, which are still influencing the solution's development.
